ANNUAL COUNTRIEST of the COUNTRY SHOW FINDS NEW HOME AT THE WILDHORSE SALOON

Billy Yates announces today that his 10th Annual COUNTRIEST of the COUNTRY Show, held this year on Tuesday, June 3rd, will move to The Wildhorse Saloon in downtown Nashville.

For the past eight years the Country Music Fundraiser that many consider to be the best show of CMA Fest has been held at the historical Ernest Tubb Troubadour Theatre. "I am so thankful for David McCormick and his staff at the theatre for allowing us to host the show there each year. I knew that the day would come that we'd outgrow this historical venue and that day is finally hear", says Yates. "After careful consideration, we've decided to take the show from a 350 - 400 seat venue to The Wildhorse Saloon in downtown Nashville where we will be able to accommodate nearly 1500 real country music fans".

The show which proudly promotes the more traditional side of the genre offers up to twenty guests artists. Performers in the past have included, Joe Diffie, Gene Watson, Collin Raye, Doug Stone, Darryl Worley, Jeff Bates, Buddy Jewell, Daryle Singletary, Jimmy Fortune, Rhonda Vincent, Highway 101, The Whites, and Leona Williams among others.

This year's show already includes, Daryle Singletary, Jeff Bates, Buddy Jewell, Julie Roberts, and Jimmy Fortune, with many more artists to be added in the coming weeks.
