Being a producer takes hours and hours in the studio, learning the skills that make you good at what you do.

Billy Yates has spent countless hours producing and making his own records through the years and in the last few years began displaying those skills on other artist's projects, making a number younger, newer artists dreams come to life.

Recently, that hard work began paying off and Billy was asked to produce one of his heroes, the legendary Charley Pride. Yates and Pride have been working long hours, putting together what promises to be some of Charley's best work in many years.

Congratulations, Billy!
